    2021 maple season
    Our maple syrup is made on premises with our own sugar maples and red maples to create our own uniquely delicious flavor of Maple Syrup. The sap flows from the trees to our sugar-house.
    Maple Syrup a delicious treat can be used in r hot tea, coffee, on top of your ice cream, in recipes or just on your pancakes and waffles.
    We have Amber Rich (Lighter Color with a rich taste) Dark Robust (Darker Color with a robust taste and Very Dark ( Very Dark with a strong taste) We use a meter to grade our syrup.  It tells us if it is Amber, Dark or Very Dark.
    After opening Maple Syrup it should be refrigerated.
    You can also freeze your syrup to extend its shelf life for an indefinite time.
    Unopened maple syrup can last for an indefinite time when stored in your fridge.
    If stored at room temperature, an unopened container of maple syrup can also last for an indefinite time, as long it’s:
