Return Policy

To accomplish this, we ask that customers provide us with some minor information off of the toner cartridges for our records. This will allow us to speed up the return/refund process and make sure customers are taken care of very quickly.
All defective Items are given as a replacement or refund based on the customer preference at the time of transacton. We will work through the process with the customer to make sure they receive the proper credit they request.
If an item is returned as a non-defective item and in sellable condition a 15% restocking fee will apply and a refund will be given on the remainder of the product sale price. If an item is returned as non-defective and the product is opened and not in new condition no refund will be given, unless special circumstances are arranged prior to shipping the product back to CatchSupplies.com.
