RETURNS
Please request for RMA number before sending item back within 30 days of receiving item.
If unhappy or dissatisfied with item, buyer is responsible for return shipping,10% restocking fee and loss of shipping charges will be assessed upon item’s return.
If Item is not as described or missing pieces, please send photos and description of what is not as described for possible Rma or Compensation for missing or damaged pieces.
If item comes nonfunctional or damaged in shipping,
Pictures will be required for RMA number
and to determine return shipping options.

All damaged or nonfunctional items will receive a full refund after item is tested, if item is deemed to be fully functional a 10% restocking fee and loss of shipping charges will be assessed.
All returned items must be received in original nondamaged condition

A return will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage
I.E. physical damage or damaged in return shipping.
Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost or damaged by carrier.
All returns must be shipped FedEx. if not, we will not accept the package and it will be returned back to you.
