Keurig K-Supreme Plus Multistream Technology - Descale Solution Included.
This product works great. The only issue is the descale light won’t come off. This is the 2nd keurig K- supreme plus I owned and just got the 3rd one in the mail from Keurig as a replacement. The machine still works fine, I returned the first two I had all for the same reason. The descale light won’t turn off even after descaling the brewer. If you use this brewer often, just remind yourself to descale it every two to three months.
Keurig says this is the #1 reason they get calls and exchanges for this machine is due to the descale notice not turning off. It’s a great brewer that makes great coffee, that light is the only manufacturer deficiency they made when making this coffee maker.
I haven’t descaled this one since late March and am throwing in a descale solution bottle good for two rounds ( value), that I suggest if you buy this one, descale it when arrives. I would also recommend replacing the water filter that you can buy on Amazon, packet of four for .
Like I said, the machine is efficient, just need to maintain it.
