LOT OF 2 RUTLAND 5C COLLET CLOSERS!! made In Japan. Despite the description one color closer isn’t working condition and the other one is in parts condition therefore I listed it as parts not working because I didn’t want somebody to get the wrong idea either way I think the other one could be reassembled I just don’t know how to do that ask any questions thanks
