Signature Required:
All orders over 9.99 USD will be shipped signature required, as per PayPal’s Protection Policies. All packages shipped to multi-unit structures such as businesses, apartments, duplexes, etc. will also require a signature confirmation for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment. NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost.
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and eBay item number with your notification.
Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 5 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect.
Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the item in question or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.

LS2 Gate Helmet
The LS2 Gate Helmet offers technology and features rivaling helmets that sell for twice the price. The Gate shell is constructed from LS2's Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA), a lightweight strong composite material, and is paired with a multi-density EPS liner into three shell sizes. The interior comfort liner uses a high-tech fabric that wicks moisture, dries quickly and is fully removable and washable. Our comfort pads are pre-curved using LS2?s 3D laser technology for all-day comfort and no hot spots. MThe helmet features multiple intake and exhaust ports ported through the EPS liner for flow-through ventilation. An ECE 22.05 rating is accepted for racing by most sanctioning bodies in the U.S.
