Ohaus' extreme environment orbital shakers allow you to defy the elements within your applications. Some applications include: cell cultures, solubility studies, and extraction procedures. This model comes with a detachable, 3 wire cord and plug, and a non-skid rubber mat. You can customize this shaker with over 50 accessories to aid in your application. This model utilizes a triple eccentric drive system to maintain stable shaking with microprocessor-control for reliable shaking. This drive system is permanently lubricated and maintainence free, so you can trust that the shaker will continue to move smoothly after continuous heavy duty operation. On top of this, the exclusive patented Accu-Drive Shaking System provides exceptional speed control, accuracy, and durability. It uses an easy-to-ready LED display with touchpad controls. The controller is made to sit outside of the incubator, allowing you to easily read and alter settings without disturbing the shaker's environment. It also has an RS232 interface for data logging and unit control. Safety features include overload protection, speed ramping, audible alarm for the timer, and a spill-resistant design.
