exact item shown, specs as follows, should fit Monarch 10-EE and maybe some other lathes
Taper - Jarno #12 (as best I can measure it)
OD 5 inchs, Bolt radius 4 inches, OD of inner recess 3 inches
drawbar thread 5/8-11
bolt thread for chuck mounting, 3/8-16
Number on backing plate - 23-1217-2
overall length (approx) 8 7/8"
note - the bolt holes dont' go through the backing plate - that's a rather unusual feature
the material is pretty hard - I cleaned up a few divots with a diamond file
