    Received as a gift. used once, works great but I'm not a single-cup fan so this is in pristine condition--all original materials, instructions, etc. are included. While you can use it for basic coffee, where it really shines is in latte and espresso, much better than the regular K-cup products out there.
    Update/responding to questions I've gotten--this does NOT have to use Starbucks branded/special pods, though not all "K cup" pods work. It uses "K-fee" pods which are widely available. Also, if you prefer not to use single-use/disposable pods, there are lots of refillable pods (ex. stainless steel) where you can put your own ground coffee into the refillable pod, run the brew cycle, then rinse/reuse the pod.
